That festive spirit inspired our Carnival Board, crafted using all-natural woods: rich Purple Heart, golden Maple, and warm Louisiana Sinker Cypress. No stains or dyes—just the natural colors of the season in a bold, functional design.

Each board features built-in carrying handles and a juice well, making it ideal for serving your king cake, slicing citrus for cocktails, or using as an everyday prep board. Available in two sizes, it’s a celebration of Mardi Gras you can use year-round.

Each board is handmade in New Orleans with sustainably sourced hardwoods, making it a vibrant and lasting gift or keepsake.

The goal of board oil and conditioner is to saturate the wood fibers, in order to stop any other liquids (blood, bacteria) and moisture from soaking into the board. A well-oiled cutting board will not warp and will keep its shape.
